Firstly, I would like to say 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JASON YEAH!"

Past few days, our newly formed 'group' went out for Mind festival, OUting, BOred Bon Odori, Sing K(Which I will post later on), Agung birthday (boring) and lastly... finale of the weeked excitement - Jason Yeah's birthday!!!! 

This is what happen... When every1 are ready.. I asked jason in to discuss 'serious' society matters and all came in my room with cake and singing birthday song to him!!!

Than we cut the cake.. Took Some Photos and chatting..

ACTION TIME!!!

The four gals pretended to leave home due to early class and i proposed to walk them home since its late at night.. When Jason was unconscionably walking.. I started to CREAM WAR by smashing a large amount of sweet and creamy cream of his face!

 WAHAHA!!!

LAter on.. cha cha, ling ling , wah wah became the cream victim!!! haha!!

Sally was running away, however eventually..... SHE WAS DOOMED TOO!!! Wahaha!!!

EVery1 had a crazy crazy moment and luckily no complaints from neighbours. WE were screaming like....!!! Haha!  I felt sad for our dearest cha cha and ling ling... they kena bully very cham by edison, xin hang, desmond and jason.. Here I come to help them!! wahaha!!!

The hero - Vincent (me) came with towel to help them :P :P (I know if Xin hang read until here, he will write " do you know what is o + 0 + o or taken your medicine?) Haha!!!

AND ALSO, JASON, XIN HANG, EDISON AND DESMOND!! I WILL REMEMBER YOU ALL FOR ASSAULTING ME AND MOLESTING ME! I WILL KEEP THIS IN MIND. JUST WAIT FOR ONE DAY....

AND ALSO I REMEMBER SEEING LING LING PIONG ATTACKED ME TOO!!!!!!

This is because I always have inspiration and motivation to blog at 5a.m. I realize that I have thoughts that are more extraordinary than my usual time. I wrote most of my post around 5am. Haha!

Go Green - UTAR

Day: Monday

I wrote a student comment form via UTAR portal to suggest something to UTAR. 

Okay.. To organize an activity, these are the procedures..

1. Assemble a team schedule a meeting.
2. Secretary will need to apply an attendance form from DSA (Paper + Man Power)
3. Minutes of the meeting (Paper)
4. Attendance and minutes have to be signed by advisor than bring to DSA ( Man Power)
5. Proposal and budget need to be signed by Advisor, DSA officer and DSA head. ( Paper + Man Power) and there are possibilities to be rejected if a big event.
6 Amend prosal and repeat step 5.
7. 2nd 3rd meeting repeat stpe 2 and 3.
8. Post Mortem and activity report and income statement - sign by advisor, DSA (Paper + man power)

These are some procedures needed to organize an event, basically.

As we can see, there are a lot of waste of human resource and also PAPER which is harmful to the environment in long term.

So I suggested that, they should have invested in a system where all these procedures being automated through the application of technology and internet. Everything are done online. Proposal submit online, check online , approved online. Save time and energy and most importantly save a lot of PAPERS! 

I HOPE UTAR AUTHORITIES WOULD CONSIDER MY SUGGESTIONS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

$MoneY$ vs Environment

Ask any business man:" What is your main aim in doing business?"

99% of  answers will be because of money and PROFIT!

Today, I chat with one of my best buddy that came to Kampar to visit me. We discuss about the economic that will boomed in the future, and which is worth investing our money and time in it. 

We did agree that land, and real estate are good choices for investment that will yield good outcome and PROFIT, of course. :) 

However, I made a point that real estate, land, shares, Forex.. All these are already the red ocean where many people are fighting for it. What I think is, a 'NEW AND HUGE' industry will come up soon, the time when we, the GenY step in to 'take over' the business world. And this INDUSTRY will be the green technology and environmental related issues. And I really do hope this INDUSTRY will come up soon. What I meant here is business men make profit and money yet the environment is taken care. I understand there are already many companies starting on this.. But, it is still not something people will think of invest in initially.

Spain or Holland? Sasa Predicts!

This morning when I read the STAR newspaper. I read about animal predicting about the winner for World Cup! Wow... Now read this HOT NEWS FROM

2040's World Cup-forecasting doggy, storms out from her doggy house and chooses between two plates of snacks, one showing the flag of Netherlands, the other Spain.
If the doggy's many new believer are right, Spain will win the World Cup tomorrow as Sasa stormed towards the plate with Spain flag
on it.

The 1 year old doggy has become 2040 celebrity after it's owner,
Monica Bieber claimed that Sasa would sit in front of the TV to
watch World Cup matches. It's her first attempt at divination.

So, will Sasa and Paul predict
correctly?
Or Mani and Pauline (female
Octopus) who predicted Holland as

"No English, No Job"

Today I went to the library to read some news and relax myself. I went through this article "Japanese firms say No English, No Job". 

Japan, a modern country had realize the importance of English! Why is our country still have the issue to reverse the Science and Maths to our own mother tongue language .... People still refusing to accept the fact that WE NEED TO LEARN AND MASTER ENGLISH! 

In the business world or outside Malaysia, the lingua franca is English. We learn it or we won't survive! I like the mentality of the Japanese. What they say, they plan they WILL carry out! I am sure they will be stern with their decision NO ENGLISH NO JOB! And with mindset and implementation, they will be a much stronger country not long from now. 

So, Should Malaysia implement this NO ENGLISH NO JOB system since we all DO KNOW ENGLISH IS IMPORTANT to gain competitive advantages?

I admit that I am still quite weak in my opinion in English and I am still at the learning process. I will be good and perfect in English! Not long from now! This is my mission!

Happy Birthday My Dear Sister, Winn Nie!

Happy 18th Birthday Winn Nie!

Time: 12.17am

It's my little sister, Winn Nie's birthday! It's her18th birthday! Wow. At last, I am 21 and she is 18 already. I turned adult on 29th of June and she turned into young adult on 7th of July.

 

I bought a cake and kept it secret and purposely did not wish her hapypy birthday even already past 12am. With all my housemates and a few of my class mates, we storm in her room where she was stil studying her Physics. 

We sang Happy Birthday and just it was just a simple birthday ceremony. :)

 

My wishes for her is, All the best in your life! Hope you could excel in your exam, dreams come true! I am sure you will be a very successful veterinarian in the future!
